Podlink
Grow your show. Not your workload.

Record the episode. Podlink does the other four hours

Show notes, social posts, a newsletter and download numbers a sponsor can check — written from what you actually said, on the podcast host you already use.

Connect your RSS feed in under a minute. No host migration, no card required.

What it does

One episode in, a week of material out

Podcasters spend more time on descriptions, show notes and posts than on the episode itself. That's the part Podlink takes — measuring it, writing it up and giving it somewhere to land.

Keep publishing where you publish

Point Podlink at the feed you already have. Nothing moves, nothing breaks, and every episode from here on is measured — with its transcript and content kit one paste away.

Know what actually landed

Download numbers you can put in front of a sponsor, and a searchable record of every word you said.

Get the writing off your evening

The post-production writing that eats your night, done in the time it takes to make coffee — in your format, because you set it once.

Turn one episode into a week of promotion

Every episode is a week of marketing material. Podlink writes it and gives it somewhere to live.

How it works

Three steps, and one of them is publishing an episode anyway

Podlink is not another podcast host, and switching hosts is not a growth strategy. It sits alongside the one you have and takes on the work that happens after the audio is done.

Connect your RSS feed

Paste the feed URL you already publish to and your whole back catalogue imports — artwork, episodes, descriptions, all of it. Works with Buzzsprout, Transistor, Libsyn, Captivate, Acast and anything else that produces a standard feed. Add the OP3 prefix once while you are there and your downloads start being measured.

Bring in an episode

Paste the link or drop in the transcript, and get the kit: show notes, titles, description, newsletter and social drafts — in your format, because you set it once.

Publish and watch what lands

Review, adjust, copy it where it goes. Then see the downloads come in per episode, by app and by country, and find out which topics and titles carried — so the next episode is a decision, and the sponsor email writes itself.

Questions people ask before signing up

Do I have to move my podcast off my current host?

No — and we would talk you out of it. Podlink reads your public RSS feed and works alongside Buzzsprout, Transistor, Libsyn, Captivate, Acast and anything else publishing a standard feed. You keep your host, your feed URL and your subscribers.

Where do the download numbers come from?

From OP3, an open, independently operated podcast analytics prefix. You add the prefix once in your host, OP3 measures the downloads, and Podlink reads them back. It is not our own counter — which means the numbers aren't ours to spin, and a sponsor can check the source themselves.

Is the AI going to make things up about my episode?

Show notes, summaries, takeaways and timestamps are generated from the transcript of your episode, so they are grounded in what was said. Nothing publishes on its own: Podlink drafts, you approve.

Will everything sound like a chatbot wrote it?

Only if you skip the setup. Templates and brand voice let you fix your structure, your section headings and your tone once, and every episode after that arrives in that shape. It's the ten minutes that decides whether you edit the output or just read it.

What is podlink.fm?

The link-in-bio page that comes with Podlink, at podlink.fm/yourshow: every place your show is available to listen, your latest episodes pulled from your feed, and whatever else you are pointing people at this week.

Can my producer or editor work in this with me?

Podlink is built for one login per show today. Producer seats and client workspaces are on the roadmap — that's the Studio tier, made for the people who run several shows for other people.

I already pay for a link-in-bio tool and an AI writer. Why switch?

That's the point — Pro replaces both, typically about $48 a month between them, and adds the one thing neither sells: download numbers a sponsor can verify against the source.

What does it cost?

Free to start, with your download analytics and your podlink.fm page included for as long as you want them. Pro is $29 a month — about what a link page and a repurposer cost together, except those don't come with numbers you can defend. Four months free if you pay annually.
